Manila Traffic Miracle
It took me less than thirty minutes to drive from Makati to Ortigas tonight. LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES (I love the ring to it). On weekends, I could touch base on each end in fifteen minutes, no problem. On weekdays, though, fifteen minutes would take me no further than 10 feet away from my starting point.
